After years of learning and training he was present at the birth of the first Hungarian Michelin star at Costes, then he worked at iconic Csalogány 26 where he discovered small wineries for the website – many of these cellars are famous today. Then after L'occhio di Stile and Olimpia restaurants in Budapest he arrived at Gresham Palace, where he has been responsible for the wines for 4 years. The wine selection of the 5 star hotel has high prestige at international level as well. His favourite wines are those of Champagne and Burgundy.
