Marta runs a well-known restaurant Krew I Woda in Gdynia, Poland, together with her husband as a head chef. She is responsible for the management of the restaurant, including the selection of wines and staff training, cooperating with many wine importers ensuring that there are small winemakers on her winelist, whose wines retain the terroir character. The wine list is awarded every year since 2015 by WineSpectator. In recent years she has visited almost 40 countries, discovering new combinations of flavours, learning about the culture and gaining an appetite for more.
