Dávid is an experienced sommelier who is currently working as the Executive Head Sommelier of the oldest Hungarian fine dining place, Arany Kaviár Restaurant, and Latin-American-Asian fusional kitchen UMO, both recommended by the Michelin Guide. He is also a member of the Hungarian Sommelier Club and a qualified winemaker technician.
