Pál has been working on developing Hungarian wine culture for more than twenty years. President of the Association of Debrecen Winelovers, publisher of Debreceni Borozó wine magazine, member of the Circle of Hungarian Wine Writers, award winner wine writer ('Winemakers' Friend Award 2019), chief organizer of Debreceni Bormustra TOP20 wine contest. He has organized the only national wine contest of organic wines for fifteen years. Member of the Hungarian Wine Academy. He considers it a mission to promote educated wine consumption and developing wine tourism. Website
