Manuel is from Turin, Italy.He has been working in hospitality for the past 20 years. Manuel worked at Gordon Ramsay at Claridge's where he started his career as a sommelier. Then he travelled around world and worked for an important Luxury Cruise Line. He also worked in Australia and then returned to Europe. Manuel has worked in some Michelin star restaurants in Europe where he always covered the senior position. Currently he works at the Connaught Hotel in Mayfair, London, where he holds Head Sommelier position. Website
