Taylor spent 10 years in high-end restaurant management, where she curated multiple, award-winning wine lists. She obtained her Level 1 Sommelier in 2016, her WSET 2 in 2019 and is currently working towards her WSET 3. In 2018 Taylor transitioned to the sales side of the industry and currently works at a Wine & Spirits specialist at Try-It Distributing in Buffalo, New York, where she focuses on growing their footprint in the high-end on-premise space.
