Éva Kállai is a transport lawyer specialising in civil aviation. She holds the WSET Diploma qualification and is a certified Weinakademiker, and has further strengthened her professional background through formal oenological training. She regularly delivers wine courses and guided tastings, including programmes tailored for organisations in the civil aviation sector. In addition to her professional activities, she is actively involved in viticulture and winemaking, contributing in her spare time to the day to day work of her family-owned boutique winery called Kállai Borház.
