Fanni Tamás has been immersed in the world of wine ever since moving to the capital ten years ago. Her professional path was also shaped by her time at My Wine bar, a beloved local haunt founded by a collective of winemakers. Right now, she is working as the Head Sommelier of Costes Downtown Restaurant. Her approach to wine is less about 'old-school' rules and more about authentic connections. Her focus is on sustainability and storytelling, highlighting local Hungarian gems alongside global icons. Her aim is to create pairings that bridge the gap between the winemaker’s craft and guests' dining experience.
