Hidekazu Hashimoto is a consultant for wine and sommelier training, an ASI certified
sommelier promoting the excellence of Hungarian wines in Japan. He produced Japan's first
Aszú Day and Furmint Day events. Hashimoto continues to explore the potential pairing of
Asian cuisine with Aszú wines.
