Sommelier, Cornus restaurant (Michelin-star)

Łukasz Górski is a dedicated and passionate sommelier with international judging experience and a strong commitment to excellence in wine service. He currently works as Assistant Head Sommelier at Cornus, a Michelin-starred restaurant in London. Górski holds the Advanced Sommelier title from the Court of Master Sommeliers (2024) and the Diploma Silver from the Association de la Sommellerie Internationale (2022). In 2022, he won the title of Polish Best Young Sommelier, followed by being awarded World’s Best Young Sommelier by Chaîne des Rôtisseurs in 2023. He has served as a wine judge at several prestigious events, including the Portugal Wine Challenge in Santarém (2023), Wino na Medal in Warsaw (2024), and the Bacchus Competition in Madrid (2025). Focused on curating memorable guest experiences, Górski continues to refine his expertise at the highest level of the hospitality industry.
