Head Sommelier, Platán Gourmet Restaurant (2 Michelin-stars)
Norbert obtained his sommelier certificate in France and he got acquainted with fine dining there. After returning to Hungary, he worked as head sommelier at Michelin-starred Babel Budapest restaurant, and later he became the head Sommelier of the company group. In 2023 Norbert won the contest and became the Sommelier Champion of Hungary. Since 2024 he has lived in the town of Tata and has been the head sommelier of the 2 Michelin-starred Platán Gourmet Restaurant.
