Hungarian wine is an eternal love of Peder’s and he strives to increase the awareness of Hungarian wine in Denmark. As wine educator and wine communicator, Peder conducts numerous classes and tastings every year. Peder is a member of Circle of Wine Writers with several articles published internationally and he judges at wine competitions in Denmark and abroad.
