Renate Joas lives in Munich, Germany, is an entrepreneur and co-owner of "Weinboutique & Weininstitut Ehrliche Münchner", loves good food and traveling the world. Around 20 years ago, she began to dedicate herself professionally to her passion for wine, alongside her creative career as owner of the JOAS advertising agency, which has enabled her to achieve a wonderful combination of marketing, creativity and enjoyment.
Together with Brendt Wucherer, she takes care of the business aspects of the wine boutique, the wine selection, wine advice, events and much more. She pays particular attention to the design and maintenance of the website and the online shop with over 300 quality wines from around the world, for which she also writes the wine descriptions.
As a passionate cook, she has gained a lot of experience in gourmet matters and wine & food pairing.
Certified as a Sommelière, after WSET Level 3 in 2012, she ist currently in the process of completing her studies at Wine Academy Austria with the WSET "Diploma in Wine" and Weinakademiker.
