Sebastian Giraldo Makovej is a two-time Hungarian Sommelier of the Year winner ('22 & '23), Hungarian Sommelier Champion ('22) and Polish Sommelier Champion ('23). He has represented Hungary internationally in the Balkan Sommelier Competition (2nd place) and in ASI's 2023 Best Sommelier of the World competition. He is an Advanced Sommelier of the Court of Master Sommeliers. Currently he works as Sauska Winery's Brand Ambassador.
