Zoltán Raduly has been working as a sommelier for a decade and is currently the Head Sommelier at MÁK Restaurant, where he curates a flexible, dynamic, and constantly evolving wine list with a special focus on Hungarian wines and indigenous grape varieties. A significant portion of the selection consists of natural wines, while also offering a broad range of both Hungarian and international labels. His previous experience includes managing a French wine bar, while his career began at a first-class Italian restaurant. In addition, he has given presentations at gastronomy festivals and has also worked as a consultant and sales representative in the Hungarian wholesale wine trade.
